The power adapter manufacturer will conduct two aging tests on the product during the production of the power supply to detect what problems may occur in the use of the power supply product, and make timely improvements to eliminate unqualified products to ensure product quality. I have already shared with you how to perform the aging test of semi-finished products, today I will introduce to you how to perform the aging test of the finished power adapter.
Preparation before homework:
1. Confirm the specifications and models of the aging model and read the contents of the operation instructions of the corresponding model, and clarify the operation steps and operation precautions;
2. Prepare the tools to be used, and check that the electrical circuits of the aging cabinet are connected normally, turn on the power switch, and load the corresponding aging parameters (the first aging is performed under the guidance of ME or PE);
Operation steps: 1. Reclaiming inspection: Check that the PCBA surface of the product to be aging is not blackened, the solder joints are full and bright, the input and output electronic wires are soldered firmly, and the wire sequence is correct;
operation:
①Turn on the main power switch to adjust the voltage of the input voltage regulator to 90VAC and use a multimeter to confirm that the voltage displayed on the display is consistent with the test voltage of the multimeter;
②Take 3~5PCS of the product to be aging, correctly connect it to the aging cabinet and power it on, monitor the monitor and monitor the corresponding product indicator light and display green light, and the displayed voltage and current are within the set parameter range; otherwise, it is bad, and needs feedback on-site management Or PE and ME to analyze the situation and make adjustments;
③Connect the products to be aging to the aging point of the electronic aging cabinet one by one (the brown-blue line at the input end of the product is connected to the input end of the aging cabinet, and the output end red corresponds to "+" and black corresponds to the "-" interface connection);
④Standardize safe operations, repeat the above steps, and cycle input 264VAC voltage to age the products to be aging, to ensure that all aging points are connected to the product, the indicator lights of the product will be green, otherwise the product must be removed from the shelf in time, and the bad phenomenon must be marked and sent to PE Analysis and processing
3. Visual inspection of the cast line:
① During the aging process, the aging condition of the product must be monitored at all times to ensure that the aging time of the product is sufficient, and the product is stable and no abnormality during the aging process;
②After the aging of the product is completed, first turn off the input power control gate of the aging cabinet. After waiting for 10 minutes, place the product neatly in the turnover box for natural cooling and mark the quantity and status.
