1. The characteristics of ABS plastic
Acrylonitrilebutadiene Styrene copolymers (ABS) is a thermoplastic polymer material structure with high strength, good toughness, and easy processing and forming. It can behave normally in an environment of -25℃~60℃, and has good formability. The processed product has a smooth surface and is easy to dye and electroplating. The performance characteristics of ABS materials: ① low strength, tensile strength 43MPa, bending strength 79MPa. ②Not temperature-resistant, and the long-term use temperature should not be higher than 60 degrees Celsius. ③Good fluidity, coloring, surface spraying and electroplating performance. ABS materials are used in household appliances, panels, masks, assemblies, accessories, etc., especially household appliances, such as washing machines, air conditioners, refrigerators, electric fans, etc., and the amount is very large. In addition, it has a wide range of uses in plastic modification.
2. The characteristics of PC+ABS plastic
Acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene, referred to as ABS) is a general-purpose thermoplastic polymer. The synthetic material of Pc and ABs, taking the characteristics of the former two, has excellent molding performance, good fluidity, and high strength (tensile strength of 56MPa, bending strength of 86MPa). PC+ABS material is easy to process, has good processing dimensional stability and surface gloss, easy to paint and color, and can also be used for secondary processing properties such as spraying metal, electroplating, welding and bonding. Due to the combination of the characteristics of ABS with the characteristics of its three components, it has excellent comprehensive performance and becomes one of the preferred plastics for electrical components, home appliances, computers and instruments.
3. The characteristics of PC plastic
Polycarbonate (Polycarbonate referred to as PC) is a tough thermoplastic resin. Its characteristics are ① high strength, with a tensile strength of 69MPa and a bending strength of 96MPa. ②High temperature resistance, long-term use can withstand a temperature of 130 degrees Celsius. ②Good transparency and non-toxic. ④The color matching and surface coating of raw materials are not as good as ABS. PC material has good and constant electrical insulation in a wide range of temperature and humidity, and is an excellent insulating material. At the same time, its good flame retardancy and dimensional stability make it form a broad application field in the electronic and electrical industry.
