  The integrated voltage stabilizer has the advantages of simple circuit, stable voltage regulation, small fluctuation and small interference, so it has been widely used. Among them, low-power regulated power adapters are most commonly used in three-terminal series regulators. Integrated voltage regulators are generally divided into two types: linear integrated voltage regulators and switch integrated voltage regulators. Linear integrated voltage regulators are further divided into low dropout integrated voltage regulators and general dropout integrated voltage regulators; switch integrated voltage regulators It is divided into a step-down integrated voltage stabilizer, a step-up integrated voltage stabilizer and an integrated voltage stabilizer whose input is opposite to the output polarity. The commonly used three-terminal integrated voltage stabilizer is used to form the peripheral components required by the stabilized power adapter. Very rarely, there are protection circuits for overcurrent, overheating, and regulator tubes inside the circuit. The commonly used integrated voltage regulators in the circuit mainly include 78XX series, 79XX series, adjustable integrated voltage stabilizer, precision voltage reference integrated voltage stabilizer, etc. Sometimes there is an M or L after the number 78 or 79, such as 78 M12 or 79124, which is used to distinguish the output current and the package type. Plastic packaged voltage regulator circuits have the advantages of easy installation and low price, so they are used more. The 79 series have the same naming method and appearance as the 78 series except that the output voltage is negative and the pin arrangement is different.

  The so-called integrated voltage stabilizer is the use of integrated circuit technology to make the components in the stable circuit on a semiconductor chip or insulating substrate for integration. The internal structure of the linear integrated voltage regulator is a linear series voltage regulator. With the development of integrated circuit technology, especially the development of large-scale integrated circuits, the volume, quality, and power consumption of electronic devices are getting smaller and smaller. Therefore, DC power adapters that supply power to electronic devices are required to be miniaturized.

Its output voltage is adjustable to meet the requirements of different output voltages. Currently domestically produced products include WB712, WB724, WA705-724, 5 C11, SG14, W601, W611, etc.

  (2) Three-terminal fixed integrated voltage regulator. This type of voltage regulator integrates sampling resistors, compensation capacitors, protection circuits, high-power regulator tubes, etc. on the same chip, so that the entire integrated circuit block has only input, output and common three terminals, which is very convenient to use, so widely used. Its disadvantage is that the output voltage is fixed, so a series of products with various output voltage and current specifications must be produced. The 7800 series integrated voltage stabilizer is a commonly used fixed positive output voltage integrated voltage stabilizer, and the 7900 series integrated voltage stabilizer is a commonly used fixed negative output voltage integrated voltage stabilizer.

  (3) Three-terminal adjustable integrated voltage regulator. It has input, output and adjustment three terminals. Various output voltages can be obtained with only two external resistors. For example, CW117 is a commonly used three-terminal adjustable positive output integrated voltage regulator, and CW137 is a commonly used three-terminal adjustable negative output integrated voltage regulator.

  (4) Integrated voltage stabilizer that outputs both positive and negative pressure at the same time

  For example, an operational amplifier needs to supply positive voltage and at the same time it needs to provide negative voltage. Usually a positive voltage regulator and a negative voltage regulator are used to form a power adapter that can output positive and negative voltages.
