Preparation before homework:
1. Read the work instructions carefully, clarify the content of the work, be familiar with the work steps, prepare to use the tools and check the materials used; check the equipment power connection is OK, and the glue nozzle is intact;
2. Wear gloves before working. Under the guidance of ME technicians, automatically stir the silica gel of pumps A and B for more than 10 minutes, and under the supervision of IPQC, the glue output weight of pumps A and B per unit time should be the same (ie A: B=1:1)
work procedure:
1. Reclaiming inspection: check that the output end of the product to be poured is tightly locked and does not show any gaps;
2, homework:
①Check that the side cover of the input end of the product and the aluminum shell are tightly locked without showing any gaps, and adjust the width of the glue-filling fixture to be consistent with the thickness of the product, and put the product input end into the glue-filling fixture and fix it so as not to loosen. The position of the input line and the side cover does not affect the glue filling operation;
②Enter the system and set the glue filling to automatic glue filling, and set the automatic glue filling time to 64S and place the product to be filled under the nozzle of the glue filling machine, and press the "run button" standby device by hand After stopping, move the jig to perform the glue filling operation of the next product; when filling the glue, pay attention to the first filling amount not to be too full. Keep the silicone gel away from the aluminum shell cut-out position about 3~5mm deep, and do not overflow the silicone tape. On the outside of the aluminum shell;
③Regulate the operation, repeat the above steps to ensure that the first potting of the product is about 3~5mm away from the cutout of the aluminum shell, and there is no overflow of silica gel;
3. Visual inspection of the line: Put the products that are OK for one-time glue filling as if they are neatly placed in a vacuum machine.
