Preparation before homework:

work procedure:
1. Reclaiming inspection: Take the PCBA completed at the upper station, and confirm that the components are not inserted, incorrectly inserted, or reversed.
2. Work: ①Check the prototype carefully, clarify the position of each component on the PCBA and the plug-in method and keep it in mind;
②Check that the specifications and models of the various components on the PCBA after the completion of the previous process are correct, from top to bottom, from left to right, check that the DIP components on the PCBA are inserted flatly and close to the PCB board without floating (conventional components allow floating height ≤ 0, 5mm ), the vertical PCB board of the vertical plug component is not skewed, and the components required by the plug-in floating height must be plugged into the corner of the K pin without skewing; ③Check that the T1 transformer and CN1 USB socket are not skewed or raised;
④Check the plug-in components with polarity (refer to the polarity plug-in icon in the left picture to check the electrolytic capacitor) must be consistent with the PCB screen printing and the prototype plug-in. Secondly, check whether the components are missing, less inserted, incorrectly inserted, Reverse insertion, overboard edge, floating height and other defects, if any defects are found, correct them in time and give feedback to the corresponding operator and report the lengthening;
3. Visual inspection of the line: After the self-inspection is correct, gently push into the next process.
